Welcome to the LEADS-MARKET platform, a space designed for publishing business offers, inquiries, company presentations with contact details, and a variety of other valuable information that will come most handy at doing international business.
These Terms and Conditions (referred to as the “Terms“) outline your legal rights, obligations, and responsibilities when accessing and using the LEADS-MARKET™ website, platform, and services.

As a platform administrator, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or nature of published business offers, inquiries, or company presentations and data.
To use the LEADS-MARKET platform, you must first accept these Terms. Acceptance can occur in one of the following ways:

  • Clicking “Accept” or “Agree” when prompted in the LEADS-MARKET user interface, where applicable.
  • Continuing to use or repeatedly visiting the LEADS-MARKET platform, in which case your actions will be considered as acceptance of these Terms from that point forward.

Definitions

Customer
“Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual utilizing the LEADS-MARKET platform’s services as a registered user or client.

This includes, but is not limited to, messages, reviews, options, recommendations, ratings, images, profile details, and any other publicly displayed content within user accounts or profiles.
  • “LEADS-MARKET Content” refers to any information or materials generated by LEADS-MARKET in connection with its services. This includes, but is not limited to, interactive features, graphical elements, software, products, aggregate ratings, reports, and other data associated with user activities on the platform. This excludes Your Content and Third-Party Content.
  • “Third-Party Content” refers to information and materials originating from entities other than LEADS-MARKET or its customers, which are accessible on the platform.

Buyer(s)
A Buyer is any registered member (or their authorized representative) who posts requests for leads on the LEADS-MARKET platform for commercial purposes.

Seller(s)
A Seller is any registered member (or their authorized representative) who offers or sells products to Buyers through the LEADS-MARKET platform for commercial purposes.

Eligibility to Use the Services
By using the LEADS-MARKET platform, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older and fully capable of understanding and agreeing to the terms, conditions, obligations, and representations outlined in these Terms.

Compliance with Laws
You acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your respective country – or any jurisdiction in which you access and use the LEADS-MARKET platform. Your use of the platform must not violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the legal rights of LEADS-MARKET or any third parties.

Changes to the Terms
LEADS-MARKET reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to ensure continued compliance. Continued use of the LEADS-MARKET platform following any modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms, and you agree to be legally bound by them.


Provision of Services by LEADS-MARKET

LEADS-MARKET is continuously evolving to enhance user experience and provide valuable business information to its customers. You acknowledge and agree that the structure and functionality of the services offered by LEADS-MARKET may undergo modifications over time. As a result, LEADS-MARKET reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or discontinue any of its products or services at any time, without prior notice. Additionally, LEADS-MARKET may modify or alter the content, products, and services available on the platform without prior notification.
The platform, its software, or the application store from which the software is downloaded may include features that automatically check for updates or upgrades. Unless restricted by your device settings or software, you agree that LEADS-MARKET or the applicable software provider may notify you of such updates and may automatically install them on your device or computer. Certain updates or upgrades may be required to continue accessing or using the services, including those designed to fix technical issues. Any updates or upgrades provided under these Terms shall be considered part of the LEADS-MARKET services.
You acknowledge that if LEADS-MARKET disables access to your account, you may lose access to the platform, your account details, files, and other content stored within your account.
While LEADS-MARKET has not currently imposed a fixed limit on the number of transmissions users may send or receive through the services, it reserves the right to implement such limitations at its sole discretion.


Disclaimers
By using LEADS-MARKET services, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers:

  • The content available on the platform is for informational purposes only. LEADS-MARKET disclaims any liability for outdated information and reserves the right to modify or correct any part of its content without prior notice.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all images and content displayed on the platform are not owned or licensed by LEADS-MARKET. If you believe any content violates your copyright, you may submit a takedown request via the “Contact Us” link on the homepage, specifying the exact URL of the material in question. Any certifications, licenses, or permits (“Certification”) displayed on a Companies or Offers / Inqueries listing page are provided as-is and for informational purposes only. These Certifications are supplied to LEADS-MARKET by Companies and their partners, and LEADS-MARKET does not warrant their validity, authenticity, reliability, or accuracy. Customers relying on such Certifications do so at their own risk, and LEADS-MARKET assumes no liability for any inaccuracies, invalid certifications, or non-compliance with applicable local laws or regulations by Companies, or their partners.
LEADS-MARKET reserves the right to introduce subscription fees, membership fees, or convenience charges for any services, products, or features on the platform. Any such fees will be introduced with reasonable prior notice to customers.

Referral and Incentive Programs
From time to time, LEADS-MARKET may introduce referral and incentive-based programs for its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Program“). Participation in such Programs is subject to their respective terms and conditions, which customers must agree to in addition to the LEADS-MARKET platform Terms.
LEADS-MARKET reserves the right to terminate or suspend a customer’s account, revoke credits or points earned, or restrict participation in the Program if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the customer has:

  • Violated the rules of the Program,
  • Engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activities, or
  • Acted in a manner that contravenes the Program terms or the LEADS-MARKET platform Terms.

Furthermore, LEADS-MARKET reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any Program at any time without prior notice.

Services
Through the LEADS-MARKET platform, we offer various services, including but not limited to:

  1. Providing an online marketplace where members can offer, seek or even negotiate and interact for purchasing goods and services, enhancing their profitability by accessing third-party offerings at competitive prices and improving overall business efficiency.
  2. Collecting user information to facilitate transactions and improve platform functionality.
  3. Offering additional related services, including data, reports, text, images, audio, video, and other digital content (collectively referred to as “Content”).
  4. Introducing specialized or new services that may be made available to users over time.

While LEADS-MARKET serves as a digital platform, it does not manufacture, produce, or design any of the products or services listed by users. We do not guarantee, warrant, or verify the authenticity, quality, or reliability of any product or service offered through the platform. All transactions remain solely the responsibility of the parties involved. Additionally, this agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or business affiliation between LEADS-MARKET and any other party.

Mobile and Communication Services
If you access LEADS-MARKET via a mobile device, please note that your wireless carrier’s standard charges, data rates, and fees may apply. By using our platform, you consent to receiving communications via SMS, MMS, emails, text messages, and other electronic notifications, including push notifications, reminders, and alerts related to our services.
We are not responsible for any promotional messages or emails you may receive. Any promotional offers communicated via email, SMS, or other means are subject to change at LEADS-MARKET’s sole discretion, and we are under no obligation to inform you of such changes.

Buyer & Seller Listings
On our website, we provide a reference list of buyers and sellers for informational purposes only. Users may choose to contact any listed party or seek alternative options at their own discretion. LEADS-MARKET provides the following services concerning the buyers and sellers selected by users for their sales and purchases (“Services“):

  • Users can post offers and inquiries on the platform, and buyers or sellers may respond voluntarily.
  • No fees are charged to members for posting or responding to offers or inquiries.
  • Any responses or advice given by buyers/sellers do not establish a professional or contractual relationship between the parties or between the user and LEADS-MARKET.
  • Users acknowledge that any posted questions and responses are not confidential and do not fall under professional confidentiality or applicable privacy laws.

LEADS-MARKET does not promote, solicit, or arrange business engagements for any buyer or seller. Our role is strictly to provide a directory of contacts, and users are under no obligation to engage with listed buyers or sellers for any offer or inquery.

Liability Disclaimer

  • LEADS-MARKET makes no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or timeliness of services provided by companies listed on the platform.
  • While we perform background checks on listed companies, we do not assume liability for any misconduct, default, or inadequate service provided by them.
  • We do not take responsibility for online or offline interactions between users, buyers, sellers, companies, members.
  • LEADS-MARKET shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or injuries arising from a user’s engagement with the platform or services.


Use of Services by You (Customer)

LEADS-MARKET Customer Account Access
To access certain features of the LEADS-MARKET platform, you must create an account. The personal information you provide during registration is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR laws.

Account Security & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and maintaining the security of your account.
  • Any changes, updates, or activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately so we can take corrective action.
  • You must not allow any third party to use your account, as you will be held liable for any misuse.

Third-Party Account Integration

  • You must update your details whenever necessary to maintain accuracy.
  • You must not:
    • Impersonate someone else.
    • Create or use an account on behalf of another person.

  • Falsely claiming a business listing may cause significant financial losses to LEADS-MARKET or third parties, for which you may be held liable.

Communications & Notifications

  • By creating an account, you agree to receive communications related to the LEADS-MARKET platform and services.
  • For example, you may receive comments from other customers or notifications about activity related to your account.
  • You can opt out of non-essential communications or manage preferences through your account settings.

Other Terms & Conditions

Acceptable Use of Services
By using LEADS-MARKET, you agree to:

    • Applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines in relevant jurisdictions.

  • Not interfere with or disrupt the platform, its servers, or networks.
  • Not modify, delete, or tamper with information posted by other customers.

Pricing & Payments

General Payment Terms
When making a payment on LEADS-MARKET, we are not responsible for:

  • Unauthorized transactions on your payment method.
  • Exceeding transaction limits set by your bank.
  • Payment issues arising from the bank or payment provider.
  • Declined transactions due to any reason.

Currency & Transaction Scope

  • Payments for services on LEADS-MARKET must be made in EURO (or USD).
  • The platform does not support payments in other currencies.

LEADS-MARKET’s Role in Transactions

  • LEADS-MARKET acts as a facilitator and does not assume responsibility for the quality or fulfillment of services provided by buyers or sellers.
  • While we strive to verify service providers, we do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of services offered.
  • The payment facility on LEADS-MARKET is not a banking or financial service but a means to facilitate transactions.


Accepted Payment Methods
Payments for services on LEADS-MARKET can be made via:

  • Online payment gateways: Stripe.
  • UPI & Net Banking.


Compliance with Laws

  • Legal Compliance: Users, buyers, and sellers must comply with all applicable laws of other relevant jurisdictions when using the LEADS-MARKET platform and its payment services.
  • Bank Transfers & Payment Gateway:
    • Online bank transfers are processed through the issuing bank’s payment gateway.
    • These transactions are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective banks.
  • User Dissatisfaction:
    • LEADS-MARKET is not liable for refunds due to dissatisfaction with a buyer’s or seller’s or companies information.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation:
    • Users may cancel their account or service requests at any time.
    • However, cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are provided only at our sole discretion.
    • If LEADS-MARKET suspends or terminates an account or agreement, the user is not entitled to any refund or exchange.
    • Any refund, if granted, will be solely at the discretion of LEADS-MARKET.

Payment Information & Taxes

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and current payment details for all transactions.
  • Users agree to pay all applicable charges and fees based on the prices at the time of the transaction.
  • Taxes:
    • Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to purchases or transactions made through LEADS-MARKET.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

LEADS-MARKET’s Proprietary Rights

  • LEADS-MARKET is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property (IP) rights related to:
    • The Services.
    • The LEADS-MARKET platform and its content.
    • All copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and trade dress.
  • Confidentiality:
    • The platform may contain information designated as confidential by LEADS-MARKET.
    • Users cannot disclose such confidential information without prior written consent from LEADS-MARKET.


Restrictions on Use

  • Users may not:
    • Modify, reproduce, publicly display, or exploit any LEADS-MARKET content without explicit authorization.

  • Use of Name & Waiver of Rights:

    • You irrevocably waive any claims related to moral rights or attribution against LEADS-MARKET, third-party partners, and users.


Your Responsibilities & Representations

      • You are the sole owner or have explicit permission to submit Your Content.
      • Your Content is original and not copied from another source.
      • You did not use automated tools (scripts, bots, etc.) to generate or submit Your Content.
      • Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Content as a Requirement for Services:
    • If Your Content represents a requirement for a product or service, you confirm that:
      • It is based on a real requirement and not fabricated.
      • You were not paid or incentivized to post false or misleading content.
      • Your content is an honest and fair expression of your opinion.
  • Liability & Risks:
    • You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with Your Content, including:
      • Accuracy, reliability, and truthfulness of the information.
      • Any potential legal claims resulting from Your Content.
      • The possibility that third parties may rely on Your Content.
  • LEADS-MARKET’s Role:
    • We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of Customer-submitted Content.
    • The responsibility for any content lies solely with the user who posted it.

LEADS-MARKET reserves the right to monitor, remove content, restrict access, or take legal action if these terms are violated.
You agree that the platform shall be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. Any non-compliant content may be removed, and your access may be restricted. Legal action may be taken as necessary.

Customer Feedback
By submitting any ideas, suggestions, modifications, or documents related to LEADS-MARKET’s existing business (“Feedback”), you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Your Feedback does not contain confidential, proprietary, or third-party information.
  2. LEADS-MARKET is not obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding your Feedback and is free to use it without restriction.
  3. Similar Feedback may have already been received from another customer, be under consideration, or be in development.
  4. By providing Feedback, you grant LEADS-MARKET a perpetual, global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, develop, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Feedback. Additionally, you waive any claims or assertions against LEADS-MARKET and its customers concerning the use of such Feedback.

We encourage you to share specific Feedback related to LEADS-MARKET’s existing services or marketing strategies. However, please refrain from submitting any ideas that LEADS-MARKET’s policy does not permit it to accept or consider.
Notwithstanding the above, LEADS-MARKET and its employees do not accept or review unsolicited ideas, including but not limited to new advertising campaigns, promotions, products, technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans, or product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited creative work, such as original artwork, suggestions, or other content (“Submissions”), in any form to LEADS-MARKET or its employees.
This policy is intended to prevent potential misunderstandings or disputes if LEADS-MARKET’s services or marketing strategies appear similar to ideas submitted to the company. If, despite this request, you choose to submit such ideas, you agree that regardless of any statement in your submission, the following terms will apply:

Terms of Idea Submission:

  • Your Submissions and all associated content will automatically become the property of LEADS-MARKET without any compensation to you if not agreed direrently in advance.
  • LEADS-MARKET has the right to use or distribute the Submissions and their content for any purpose, in any manner.
  • LEADS-MARKET is under no obligation to review the Submission.
  • LEADS-MARKET is not required to maintain confidentiality regarding any Submissions.


Advertising

The format, nature, and extent of such advertising are subject to change without prior notice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the LEADS-MARKET Parties make no representations or warranties regarding the services’ provision with due skill, care, or diligence, nor about the accuracy or completeness of the content. The LEADS-MARKET Parties shall not be responsible for:

  1. Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content;
  2. Any personal injury or property damage arising from your access to and use of the services;
  3. Unauthorized access to or use of LEADS-MARKET’s servers and any personal information stored within them;

The LEADS-MARKET Parties will not be responsible for any transactions between you and third-party product or service providers. You are solely responsible for all communications and interactions with other customers and individuals you engage with as a result of using the services.

No advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained by you from LEADS-MARKET or through the services, shall constitute a warranty unless expressly stated in these Terms. Unless explicitly authorized in writing by LEADS-MARKET, you agree not to use any trademark, service mark, trade name, or logo of any company or organization in a manner that may cause confusion regarding the ownership or authorized use of such marks, names, or logos.


Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the LEADS-MARKET Parties be liable to you for any damages arising from:

  1. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content;
  2. Personal injury or property damage, of any kind, resulting from your access to and use of the services, including mobile applications;
  3. Unauthorized access to or use of our servers, and any personal information stored therein;
  4. Interruption or cessation of service transmission to or from our servers;
  5. Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar malware transmitted through the services by third parties;
  6. Loss of your data or content from the services;
  7. Errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether the LEADS-MARKET Parties were advised of the possibility of such damages;
  8. Disclosure of information in accordance with these terms or our Privacy Policy;
  9. Your failure to secure and maintain confidentiality of your password or account details;
  10. Loss or damage resulting from reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertisements, or from any relationship or transaction with any advertiser or sponsor featured on the services;
  11. Delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond LEADS-MARKET’s reasonable control.

In no event shall the LEADS-MARKET Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, however caused, under any legal theory, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profit (whether direct or indirect);
  • Loss of goodwill or business reputation;
  • Loss of data suffered;
  • Costs of procuring substitute goods or services; or
  • Other intangible losses.


Termination of Your Access to the Services
You have the right to delete your account at any time by contacting us via the “Contact Us” link located at the bottom of every page.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services and Platform, at our sole discretion, for any reason, or without reason. This may include, but is not limited to:

  1. Violation of these Terms;
  2. Failure to use the Services and Platform in the way they were intend and programmed.

You acknowledge and agree that we may terminate your access without prior notice. Furthermore, we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all associated information, and/or prevent any future access to your account or the Services. If you use the Services in violation of these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion, retain all data collected during your use of the Services. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for the discontinuation or termination of your access to the Services.

General Terms

Interpretation:
The section and subject headings in these Terms are provided for reference purposes only and shall not be used in the interpretation of any provision of these Terms.

Entire Agreement and Waiver:
These Terms, together with the ‘Privacy Policy’ and ‘Data Protection Policy’, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services on Platform. Any failure or delay by us in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or the acceptance of any modification of these Terms. Furthermore, any partial exercise of a right, power, or privilege does not preclude any further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right.

Severability:
This Agreement, along with any amendments or additional agreements that you may enter into with LEADS-MARKET regarding the Services or Platform, represents the entire understanding between you and LEADS-MARKET concerning the use of the Services or the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Partnership or Agency:
No provision of these Terms shall be deemed to establish a partnership or agency between you and LEADS-MARKET. You do not have the authority to bind LEADS-MARKET in any manner.

Linking and Framing:
You may not frame the Services or Platform in any manner. You may provide links to the Services or Platform, provided that you ensure the linked content is appropriate, legal, and does not infringe upon intellectual property or violate any other rights. Any violation of this provision may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Services and/or Platform at our sole discretion.

Notice of Copyright Infringement:
LEADS-MARKET is not responsible for copyright infringements arising from materials posted or transmitted via the LEADS-MARKET platform by end users or third parties. We respect intellectual property rights and expect all users to do the same. In accordance with our discretion, we may remove or disable access to materials on the Services that infringe upon the copyright rights of others. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed, you must follow the below procedure to file a notification:

  1. Identify the copyrighted material that you believe has been infringed;
  2. Identify the alleged infringing material on the Platform and provide sufficient information to locate it (e.g., username of the infringer and the business listing);
  3. Include the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the content on the Platform as described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law”;
  4. Include the following statement: “I swear under penalty of perjury that the information in my notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner”;
  5. Provide your contact information, including your address, phone number, and email address (if available);
  6. Provide your physical or electronic signature.
